What type of payment types do you accept?

As we are a fully eCommerce website, all payments must made directly through the website. PayPal or credit card are accepted at checkout. We do not offer terms, invoicing, ACH, or cheque payments.

Do you offer terms or invoicing?

No, as an eCommerce only business we do not offer any type of terms or invoicing. All orders must be made through our website and payment is due in full at the time the order is placed. 

When is payment due?

As each order is custom, payment is due in full at checkout. Orders can be changed or adjusted until final artwork approval has been given. Once the order has been sent into production no additional changes can be made.

Can I split my order into multiple payments? 

Yes! To split a payment, please contact us at info@backdrop.com and one of our sales & support reps will be more than happy to facilitate that. Please include detailed information about the products being ordered, including any add-ons.
