Design Time Per Product
SMALL ACCESSORIES - .5 HOUR
This includes Headers, A-Frames, Flags, Pens, Mugs, Director’s Chair, Bottle Openers
LARGE ACCESSORIES - 1 HOUR
This includes Podiums, TV/Waterfall Stands, Archway, Table Throws, Kiosks, Tent Canopy, Tent Half Wall, Hanging Signs, Smurf Mini
BANNERS - 2 HOURS
This includes all Retractable and Tabletop Banners (Silver Step, Economy, Orient, QuickZip, Firefly, Double-Step, L-Stand, X-Stand, Viper, Lightbox)
TABLETOP BACKDROP - 2.5 HOURS
This includes the 6ft Table Top (with table throw). Podium will be an additional charge
8-10FT BACKDROP - 3 HOURS
This includes 8ft, 10ft Backdrops (Perfect-Pop, QuickZip, Firefly, Monarch, LightBox) and 10ft Back Wall Tents
8-10FT BACKDROP + (1) ACCESSORY - 4 HOURS
This includes 8ft - 10ft Backdrops and 10ft Back Wall Tents with the (1) LARGE ACCESSORY. Any Additional Accessory should be added to the total
8-10FT MODULAR DISPLAYS - 4 HOURS
This includes 8ft - 10ft 3D Snap and Timberline Displays
15FT BACKDROP - 4 HOURS
This includes 15ft Back Wall Tents.
MAX/BRIDGE PACKAGE - 5 HOURS
This includes 8ft, 10ft Max Packages and Bridge Package
20FT BACKDROP - 6 HOURS
This includes 20ft Displays for QuickZip & Perfect Straight or Curved (includes Podium), Supreme, Monument, Executive, Firefly, LightBox, 20ft Tent (includes Canopy)
MEGA MAX PACKAGE - 8 HOURS
This includes the 20ft Mega Max Package
MOCK UP DISCOUNTS
What if a client provides a specific mockup/design they would like us to recreate?
In this case, we can provide a discount as follows:

REQUIREMENTS:
- The client must provide ALL the necessary assets.
- Ideas should be clear enough for the designer to create. If the client wants multiple options/variations, discount does NOT apply.
- The mockup must be a visual (not vaguely written description)
SIMPLE DESIGNS would follow the “CANVA DISCOUNTS” table below.
These include:
- (1) Background Image + Logo Placement + Tagline/URL/QR Code
- (1) Gradient Background + Logo Placement + Tagline/URL/QR Code
- 1-3 Image Placements + Logo (no text)
Layout instructions for these requests MUST be clear and concise. If the client wants multiple options/variations, discount does NOT apply.
CANVA DISCOUNTS
What if a client says they made their design in Canva?
In this case, we can provide a discount as follows:

Client reaches out BEFORE placing an order/uploading artwork:
- If no order was placed yet, the Sales Team sends a quote with design time to the client along with Disclaimer. Once Paid, the Production team will send the design questionnaire.
- Sales team will notify the client to provide the editable PDF Canva file in the design questionnaire and any better quality assets such as vector logo files.
- Once a designer is assigned they can request for better assets upon revision if needed.
Client reaches out AFTER uploading artwork:
- Proofing team will send a request to info@backdrop.com.
- Sales team will send an Invoice and Disclaimer. Then notify the client to provide the editable PDF Canva file with any better quality assets such as vector logo files through email OR upload form/WeTransfer. Once paid → move deal to Questionnaire Received
DESIGN EDIT DISCOUNTS
What if a client wants to make small edits or changes to their previous design?
In this case, we can provide a discount as follows:

| SMALL BACKDROP RESIZE - This entails reducing or enlarging sizes between 8ft & 10ft. ONLY applies if we have created their previous artwork or if they can provide editable AI or PSD Files. | .5 HOUR |
| SMALL EDIT SWAP - For Image/Logo/Text swaps. This ONLY includes (1) Revision | .5 HOUR |
| LARGE EDIT - If the client has a list of (3-5) "small edit swaps" OR they require us to create new assets (Icons, Word Clouds, Photoshopped imagery, Logo Recreation). This ONLY includes (2) Revisions | 1 HOUR |
NOTE: If the client has a list of (5) “small edit swaps” OR MORE/needs significant changes to layout to accommodate edits and would like to have (3) OR MORE revisions, please refer to the MOCK UP DISCOUNT SECTION.
CANVA DISCLAIMER
PLEASE READ DISCLAIMER:
- Please be aware that all print files need to be in CMYK color mode. If you have created your artwork in RGB, there could be color differences once converted.
- We do not have access to fonts created by Canva (ie. Canva sans). Your design may require us to update/change certain fonts if not available.
- Some assets from Canva’s gallery may be pixelated depending on the resolution/quality. We recommend sourcing from hi-res galleries such as iStock, Vecteezy, Adobe Stock or ShutterStock.
*LOGO PLACEMENTS
Please remember that any design that requires a color/image background and logo, is considered a logo placement request which is free of charge.
Ex. A client has a 10ft max package they need assistance with resizing. If the TV Stand, Podium and Header are all logo placements, only the Backdrop would be considered for a design time charge. If the Client is able to provide their logo files and editable Backdrop file this would fall under the 2 hour discount option. Overall fee would be $160 for 1 hour design time.
