Design Files Upload Incorrectly

These steps are for when a design questionnaire has been uploaded under the wrong order number or needs to be transfer to a new order:


1. Open up two tabs, one with the old order, one with the new.

2. Update the new order to questionnaire received

3. Click view all properties on both orders.

4. In the new order copy over the following fields from the old order.

Search "design" fill in the design hours, design job "yes", Dropbox link for designers, Design Contact, Design Contact Email, Design Contact Phone, Text/Copy For Design.

Search the word images and copy over that field.

Search the word Colors and copy over that field.

Search the word Additional and copy over the "Additional Information" field.

Search In-Hand Date and copy over that field

5. Go to DB - Design Jobs - find the old order number folder and rename to the new order number.


All of these fields need to be filled to assign a designer, this is why we push the clients to fill out the questionnaire correctly. Doing this manually should only when done when completely necessary.
