Miscellaneous Product Information

Ultra-Fit Table Throw

ES version has a zipper and XP version does not. If a client asked and they do not have a previous order, answer according to which website they are on. DO = ES TSB = XP.

Custom Ultra-Fit Throw

Custom ultra-fit table throws require additional measurements to ensure they are sized and cut accurately to hug the legs tightly.

Website Renders

The products photos on the website are digital renders and are not actual photos. This can be explained to a client if they are asking about the specific looks of certain products. While it is not exact, the Max Package renders represent what the booth would look like should a 32" monitor be used.

QuickZip Supreme TV mount

The QuickZip – Supreme has the mounting holes into one set of the side poles. If the client knows which side of the display they will be using the monitor mount, we can add the holes into the fabric for them. If they are unsure, our fabric is rip-resistant, so it will not tear should they choose to add monitor mount holes themselves after the fact. The mount can be attached on either the right or left side, but the pole with the mounting holes, needs to be placed on the appropriate side.

This information regarding the holes applies in other situations where the client may be unsure in how or if they plan on using the monitor mount. We can leave holes off of the Waterfall Tv stand or the Bridge Arch and they can be set up and added by the client later if necessary.

Timberline Heavy Duty - Pro

Panel B (left side) and Panel C (Right side) can swap positions. As they are slightly different sizes, the monitor can only be mounted to Panel B, in order to switch them the top and bottom support bars would be switched moving then center pole slightly to the right, allowing the monitor mount to then sit on the right as well.

NAD Firefly LED Lightbox

The monitor mount for the Firefly LED Lightbox, is adjustable vertically as well as horizontally. The client needs to let us know where they plan to use the Monitor. Generally left, right, or center, and then the height they want the mount to sit.

If the client doesn't know exactly where they plan to sue the mount, we can leave additional notes for NAD to not cut holes in the graphics. The client can set the display up and add holes into it later if they like.

In order to do so, the client would attach the mount in the correct position where they would like the monitor to sit. They can attach the vertical bars that at meant to connect the monitor. Slits would need to be made in the locations where the vertical bars attach to the plate as the bars will sit on the outside of the fabric once attached to the monitor.
