When a client says there podium graphic us too tight and it was vended at B2

Sorry to hear you’re having some trouble getting the podium setup, I have attached a PDF of the setup instructions for our podiums. Our graphics are meant to be a tighter fit and this is so there’s no wrinkles once all set up. With it being very tight there is a technique that can help with setting up the podium correctly below.

Start by putting the small hard case shell in first vertically so its fits through the hole, once inside adjust horizontally to the correct position. Push it as far in and then loosely connect the Velcro tabs. Now the larger shell (Which will become the top of the podium), put this through the graphic opening hole vertically as well and then adjust it horizontally. At this point push the support poles in and asset up between the shells. Now you can connect the top Velcro tabs before placing the countertop in place.
