HC-101 Hard Travel Case
Is the hard case airline friendly?
Yes! The HC-101 hard case can be taken on an airline as checked luggage. However, we strongly advise verifying the dimensions and weight are compliant with the specific airline you plan to travel with. Detailed specifications and dimensions can be found at the bottom of each product page under the 'product details' section. For added protection during travel, we recommend wrapping the case in saran wrap and affixing a 'fragile' sticker.
Can I use my hard case as a shipping case?
The HC-101 travel case is meant to be lightweight and portable and is not intended for use as a shipping case. Shipping the case without putting it back into the orignal cardboard container it arrived in may cause damage and void the warranty.
In the event that the cardboard container becomes worn or damaged over time, replacement containers can typically be sourced from local shipping or storage providers that offer packing supplies, such as FedEx or Uline. Please be aware that we do not stock these boxes separately and are unable to provide replacements.
Does the hard case double as a podium?
Yes! The amazing thing about our durable hard case is that it converts into a fully functional podium when used along with the custom printed podium wrap. Please ensure that the hard case and the podium graphic options are selected when purchasing your display.
How much weight does the hard case/podium hold?
Our podium can hold up to 30lb, however please note we do not recommend placing anything top heavy onto the podium such as a monitor. The podium is lightweight and top heavy items may topple should it be bumped into.
Will my entire display fit into my hard case?
The HC-101 Hard Case Podium is designed to be compatible with many of our QuickZip and Perfect-Pop displays. In most cases the entire display as well as certain accessories will fit into one case for convenient travel. Our 8 &10ft QuickZip Max packages fit easily into just one case. As well as our 20ft QuickZip backdrops.
Please note the 20ft QuickZip Mega Max requires and includes 2 cases. The other exception is the 20ft Perfect-Pop. Due to the size of the collapsible frame, it does not fit into the HC-101 case and does not have the option to add a convertible podium.
