Adjusting Products on an Existing Order
I ordered the wrong thing, how do I change my order?
Orders can be changed at any point BEFORE the art files have been approved for production. If an order needs to be changed for any reason, please contact the sales & support team at info@backdrop.com with the order number and relevant changes. Please note, some order changes may incur additional charges or require new art files to be submitted.
Can I upgrade an existing order to double sided printing?
Yes! As long as an order HAS NOT yet been approved for production, we can facilitate an upgrade to double sided printing. Simply contact info@backdrop.com with the request and an invoice to click and pay any additional upgrade cost will be sent over via email. Once this has been paid, new proofs will be sent for approval.
Can I upgrade my order to include your design services?
Yes! If the decision is made to work with our design time after the order has already been placed we can facilitate the upgrade. Simply reach out to info@backdrop.com with the request. As we do not store any payment information, an invoice will then be sent over to pay the difference in cost.
Once this has been paid, a design questionnaire will be sent out. Once this is filled in, one of our in-house designers will start working on the order. Please note that design services will add an additional 2-5 business days onto the total turnaround time.
Once an order has already been sent to production no further changes can be made. If any mistakes are noticed after the fact, please reach out to our support team for any available options or additional information.
