Rush Production Vs Expedited Shipping

How do I know if I need to expedite my order?

Timelines and estimated delivery dates are conveniently outlined on the respective product pages. Timelines begin once artwork as been approved and the order is ready to be sent to production. Using this information and the latest possible delivery date that you can accept your order, it can then be determined if the order needs to be expedited in any manner. It is important to acknowledge that expedited options may not be available for all products.


What is Rush Production?

Rush production is the process of having graphics printed at a different facility which allows for a quicker turnaround time. This brings down the time it takes to produce the printed part of your order. The rush timeline for most QuickZip and Perfect-Pop displays is 5 business days.


Rush Production can be applied to the following products to decrease the turnaround time:

  • 8ft &10ft Perfect-Pop displays
  • 8ft QuickZip displays
  • 10ft QuickZip displays excluding the QuickZip Bridge and QuickZip Lightbox.
  • 20ft QuickZip - Straight

In most cases, the hardware is sent separately for these products and will be shipped out upon artwork approval. For this reason, expedited shipping should not be necessary, except in cases where the requested delivery date falls within a timeframe of fewer than 5 business days from the target approval date of the artwork.


The option to bring the timeline below 5 business days is only applicable to our standard 8 & 10ft Perfect-Pop and QuickZip displays and will exclude the Max packages.


What is Expedited shipping?

Expedited shipping applies to the method used to send out the non-printed portion of you order. This is not usually necessary, even when rushing your order unless the requested delivery date is less than 5 business days from artwork approval.


Expedited shipping may be used to decrease the timeline of the following products which do not offer rush, as these products are printed and then shipping along with their hardware:

  • 8 & 10ft 3D Snap-Up Kits
  • Firefly LED Light boxes
  • Retractable banner stands
  • Hang Signs

Are there rush options available for every product offered?

No, a limited number of products can only be produced at our standard printing facility. These items will follow the current standard timeline, although portions of the order may arrive early.


Some Items that cannot be rushed include:

  • 20ft QuickZip Curved or Serpentine
  • QuickZip Panel kits such as Monarch, Monument, Supreme, or Executive kits
  • QuickZip Lightbox Products
  • 10ft QuickZip Bridge & Bridge Add-On kit
  • QuickZip Broadcast, Merchandiser, Showtime, or Infinity Kiosk
  • A-Frames
