Why are your prices so low?

We believe quality marketing materials should be fast and affordable for everyone. Many of our products we manufacture ourselves, allowing us to control cost of goods and keep prices as low as possible.

Do you offer price matching?

We are always striving to keep our prices competitive and fair, which is why we offer a low-price guarantee on comparable products! Send us a final quote from any competitor and we will match or beat that price.

Do you offer Canadian pricing?

We now stock a selection of our most popular products in our new Canadian warehouse. Free shipping is offered within Canada for orders over $1000 containing these products. To avail of this, please ensure you choose the products with ‘(Canada)’ in the title. Pricing may still show as US dollars, and all credit card payments will be taken through US dollars. 

Do you offer pricing on custom size displays?

Our QuickZip - Straight series can be created in custom sizes. We may also be able to offer custom alternatives if what you see on the website is not quite what you need, although these options are limited. For custom inquiries and pricing please reach out info@backdrop.com.

Do you offer bulk discounts? 

For large orders of the same products, we may be able to offer a bulk discount. Please contact our sales and support team at info@backdrop.com with specific order details to receive a quote. 

Do you offer wholesale pricing? 

We offer wholesale pricing on our sister site galaxydisplays.com. If you are a reseller, please continue to that site, where you can create your account through the "HOW TO ORDER" link in order to receive resale pricing.
