JF-001 Deleting Submissions
Procedure:
- Go to My Forms.
- Select the form with the submissions you want to delete.
- Click the Submissions button at the top of the page to open JotForm Tables.
- Use the filter to select dates, do not include anything from the last month or two.

Once the filter has been applied so that it is showing old submissions only, select to highlight them all and then hit delete.

From there, you must then delete the Trashed Entries:
- Click the main tab’s vertical ellipsis icon.
- Select the Trashed entries option.
- In the Trash panel, select the submissions or tick on the Select All checkbox to mark all entries.
- Click the Delete Forever button.
- Finally, click Delete in the confirmation window to purge the marked entries.

Repeat for other uploaded files / design questionnaire forms.

It usually takes 30-60 minutes for the storage to update. If after an hour it has not, use the Support Tab to contact JotForm. Let them know you deleted submissions; you then deleted the trashed submissions but the storage still has not updated. They can then manually push through the update.
