Receiving a WeTransfer

How to update an order when a new WeTransfer upload is received from a client:


  1. Search the clients email address to find their order number.
  2. Forward the email to graphics@backdrop.com - Include the order number in the email subject.
  3. Update HubSpot order stage to ‘Artwork Uploaded by Client’. 
  4. Update the ‘Latest Artwork Received’.
Update this field with the time and date of the WeTransfer.
  1. Ensure any notes made by the client are added into the ‘Artwork Upload Comments’ section
  2. Add a note so all departments know where the artwork came from.
