Receiving a WeTransfer
How to update an order when a new WeTransfer upload is received from a client:
- Search the clients email address to find their order number.
- Forward the email to graphics@backdrop.com - Include the order number in the email subject.
- Update HubSpot order stage to ‘Artwork Uploaded by Client’.
- Update the ‘Latest Artwork Received’.
- Ensure any notes made by the client are added into the ‘Artwork Upload Comments’ section
- Add a note so all departments know where the artwork came from.
