If multiple packages, it will generate more options.
Select yes if both packages are the same.
Double check the weight using the original tracking number. Weight details found below.
Select no if packages do not weigh the same.
Example pictured: 2 Silver Step Banners, 1 QuickZip package
Declared Value: This section can be left blank
Service Type: Double check Rates & Transit Times (optional section on the right-hand side) for arrival times. Keep in-mind the package still needs to be picked up, this needs to be taken into account when calculating the timeline.

Special Services (Optional)
No change needed
Pickup/Drop-off (Optional)
3 options:
Schedule a pickup: Package pick up address must be edited—it defaults to Pakmail. After hitting edit, it will show the change pick up address. You can schedule pick up ahead of time. FedEx will require a 4-hour window minimum to pick up packages. Make sure to schedule it during their office hours. If FedEx cannot pick up a package, they will make 3 pick up attempts.
Drop off package at a FedEx location: Some clients don’t mind bringing it themselves. Can be the faster option if they want to drop it off that day to ensure it gets picked up on-time.
Use an already scheduled pick up at my location – Used when sending a label for a Pakmail return to have it reshipped to the client.
Schedule a pickup: Double check with the client if they have package pick-ups at their location already or not. If not, FedEx can pick it up.
