Ordering Replacement Graphics

Ordering replacement or additional graphics

Additional graphics can be purchased separately for many of the products available on our website. Simply visit the "Graphic Only" section found HERE.

Please note the graphics that are offered, are made to be compatible with the frames sold on Tradeshowbooth.com. If you original frame was ordered elsewhere, the new graphics may not fit the original frame as intended. Although the frames maybe similar in size, there may be slight variations.

After the order has been placed, new art files can be uploaded directly through the website using the new order number provided at checkout.

If you would like to use the same artwork as a previous order, this can be requested in the comments section if the upload form. Alternatively, a request can be sent to info@backdrop.com. Proofs will be sent for every single order and will need final approval before production can begin, this includes orders that are using existing artwork.

What is the turnaround time on replacement graphics? 

Graphic reprints for most products generally take up to 7-8 business days to arrive from the date of artwork approval. This may vary depending on the products being ordered. If the order is needed sooner than the standard lead time, please refer to the articles found under ‘Rush Production Vs Expedited Shipping’.
