Overseas Vendors - Proprietary Products
Who are ES & XP?
• They are the manufacturers for our main product lines (QuickZip & Perfect-Pops series). We import their hardware frames directly to our US warehouses (Propack WA & TN).
• Most goods are stored at the Propack Washington location, but a small amount of inventory is still maintained at Propack Tennessee.
• Even though they produce a lot of the same products, the dimensions of their frames are slightly different. Graphics and accessories (etc. frame clamps) are NOT interchangeable.
Graphic Production & Shipping Timelines
Standard production time: 2 Days (Both Suppliers)
• Custom or bulk orders requires more production time.
• Additional time will also be added for orders that needs Pantone color matching
Shipping Time: 4-6 Days
• We use the fastest international shipping method for overseas shipments.
• Pre-pandemic, the transit time for International priority is 2-3 business days. However, since the lock down, there are constant shipping delays at international hubs, so we have included a buffer into our lead times. *Packages shipping from ES are currently 1-2 days faster than packages from XP. However, our current lead time of 8 business days is a safe estimate for both suppliers.
Once the package is handed to our courier, it is out of our control whether it will arrive on time. We can only guarantee that we ship the order out on time to arrive by the agreed in-hand date.
