Client Requesting Previous Files

Client is requesting their files from a previous order


We keep artwork on file for the past few years. Occasionally a client will reach out requesting art files they have previous submitted. In these cases, a Dropbox link can be created and shared with the client. To do so, complete the following steps:


  1. Search the requested order number in Dropbox
  2. Select "Share with Dropbox"

  1. Select "Create and Copy link"

  1. Send link to client via email.


Accessing older files from the AirPort Time Capsule:


We keep artwork on file for close to 5 years older artwork not found in the DO Dropbox can be pulled from the time capsule storage.


To access the Time Capsule:

  1. Connect to the TSDC4Life wifi network.
  2. Look for 'TSDC AirPort Time Capsule' under the 'Locations' section.
  3. Choose 'connect as' and enter the password 'Admin4TSDC'.
  4. Download the required artwork folders to your desktop.
  5. After downloading, disconnect from the Time Capsule and the TSDC4Life wifi.

Once you have the artwork on your desktop:

  1. Locate the 'TSDC Assets' Dropbox folder.
  2. In Dropbox, under 'Client Files - Transfer,' create a new folder using the order number.
  3. Add the downloaded artwork files from your desktop into the newly created folder.
  4. Share the Dropbox link with the client.
